If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. General

1.1 Definitions: Throughout this document, "ALOT Living," "HOOK," "us," "we," and "our" refer to ALOT Living Limited and its online platform HOOK. The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the user of our Site.
1.2 Applicability: Access to and use of this Site, along with the products and services available through it (collectively, the "Services"), are subject to these Terms. By using the Services, you agree to all Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time.
1.3 Updates & Changes: ALOT Living reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies, agreements, and these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are advised to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Registration & Account

2.1 Account Information: To access certain features or services on this Site, you may need to register an account. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. If your details change, please notify us immediately at hook.select@gmail.com.
2.2 Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Terms of Sale

3.1 Pre-Order Policy

Products listed on our Site may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the full price at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery times for pre-order items are subject to change due to production, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a full or partial refund. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted due to production commitments.
Pre-order items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative options.

3.2 Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices displayed at the time of order acceptance will be honored, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

3.3 Payment

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, and Bank / ATM Transfer. Certain payment methods may carry minimum purchase requirements.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have explicit authorization to use it.
Bank Transfers: Orders paid via bank transfer will be confirmed upon receipt of funds. If funds are not credited within the specified timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

3.4 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside Hong Kong, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

3.5 Discount & Promo Codes

Promotional discount codes may apply to eligible purchases. Only one promotional code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been submitted.

4. Acceptance of Orders

4.1 Invitation to Treat: All content on the Site (including product photos, descriptions, and prices) constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
4.2 Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

5. Delivery, Shipping & Storage

5.1 Local Delivery (Hong Kong & Macau)

Local deliveries are handled by our designated courier/logistics partners. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, non-lift access (stairs), or special delivery requirements.

5.2 International Shipping

For international shipping quotes, please contact us directly at hook.select@gmail.com.
ALOT Living is not liable for loss or damage occurring during international transit. Customers may arrange their own freight or courier service if preferred.

5.3 Delivery Timelines

Stated delivery schedules are estimates only. Delays due to customs inspection, severe weather, or logistics issues are beyond our direct control.

5.4 Storage Policy

Upon arrival of your order at our warehouse, we will notify you promptly. We provide a complimentary storage period of up to 3 months from the arrival date.
Storage Fees: After the 3-month free period, a monthly storage fee will apply, calculated as the higher of:
- 5% of the original product purchase price, OR
- HKD $200 per cubic meter (CBM).
Forfeiture: Items stored for over 6 months without settlement of accrued storage fees will be deemed forfeited, and ownership will transfer to ALOT Living Limited without further notice.
Self Pick-Up: Orders designated for self pick-up must be collected within 1 month of notification. Uncollected items after 1 month will be deemed abandoned and ownership will transfer to ALOT Living Limited.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 General Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once a delivery note or pickup receipt has been signed. Customers must thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt.
Custom-made products, pre-orders, and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic proof to initiate a review.

6.3 Return Procedure

For approved store pick-up returns, items must be returned to our retail location along with the original receipt and packaging. Customers bear full responsibility for returning self-collected items to the store.

7. Product Descriptions & Colors

7.1 Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and imagery are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.
7.2 Display Colors: Colors shown on screen may vary slightly depending on display monitor calibration and lighting conditions. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Indirect Damages: ALOT Living Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or purchased products.
8.2 Force Majeure: We are not held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemic measures, or customs holds.

9.1 Ownership: All intellectual property on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software—is the property of ALOT Living Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
