1. Hong Kong Delivery Options

1.1 Self Pick-up (Showrooms)

• Cost: Free

• Pickup Window: Items may be collected at designated ALOT / HOOK showrooms during standard operating hours.

• Storage Limit for Showroom Pick-up: Maximum storage period at showrooms is 7 days from notification.

• Item Restrictions: Certain showrooms are restricted to accessories/small goods pick-up only. Large furniture pick-up may not be available at specific locations. Please contact us to confirm showroom eligibility before arriving.

1.2 Third-Party Delivery Service (e.g., SF Express / Lalamove / GoGoVan / Call4Van)

• Arrangement: We can assist in arranging a third-party courier or freight service for your order at no extra coordination fee.

• Payment: Customers receive the item(s) at the designated location and pay the delivery company directly upon arrival.

• Liability: ALOT Living Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or transit failure caused by third-party delivery service providers.

Important Notes on Local Delivery:

• Wall-Mounting Service Surcharge: An extra charge is required for any wall-mounting installation service. This includes, but is not limited to, wall-mounted product lines such as rareraw system000. The final wall-mounting fee will be evaluated and confirmed by our team prior to service.

• Stairs & Distance Surcharges: Standard delivery fees listed above exclude staircase carrying fees (non-lift access) or extended walking distance. Please contact us for a detailed quote if your building lacks direct lift access.

• Parking Fees: Additional parking or tunnel charges may apply depending on site conditions.

• Rate Adjustments: All delivery quotes listed here are for reference only and are subject to final adjustment based on actual delivery conditions.

2. Macau & International Shipping

• Macau Delivery: Delivery to Macau can be arranged via third-party logistics or specialized freight services. Rates are calculated based on shipment size, weight, and delivery address.

• International Orders: For shipping quotes outside Hong Kong and Macau, please email us directly with your target delivery address and item details at hook.select@gmail.com.

• Customs & Taxes: International customers are solely responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.

3. Storage Policy

Once your order arrives at our Hong Kong warehouse, our team will notify you promptly.

3.1 Complimentary Warehouse Storage

• All clients receive a complimentary storage period of up to 3 months starting from the arrival notification date.

3.2 Monthly Storage Fees (After 3 Months)

After the initial 3-month free period, a monthly storage fee will be charged, calculated as the higher of:

• 5% of the original product purchase price, OR

• HKD $200 per cubic meter (CBM) per month.

3.3 Abandonment & Ownership Transfer

• Unpaid Storage (Over 6 Months): Products stored for over 6 months without full settlement of accrued storage fees will be considered forfeited. Ownership will automatically transfer to ALOT Living Limited without further notice.

• Uncollected Pick-up Orders (Over 1 Month): Orders designated for self pick-up that are not collected within 1 month of notification will be deemed abandoned, and ownership will transfer to ALOT Living Limited.
